Provide support to Banco Newcorp’s clients to re-assess their corporate polities, aims, strategies and tactics to recover profitability;
Design a new business plan, identifying capital requirements and adjusting operational costs;
Provide support during the restructuring phase of the business, as well as redefining and renegotiating relations with governmental agencies, financial institutions, suppliers and other accounting, tax and legal advisors;
