Who it is eligible?

The International Capital Market is not exclusively reserved for public held corporations, and is also accessible to private companies.

Which are the types of issue?

There are two different types of issues:

1. Debt
   – Bonds;
   - Notes;
   - Eurobonds / Euronotes;
   - Debentures.
   and
2. Shares
   – per Private Offer;
   - per Public Offer.

What is the difference?

Public offers require registration at a stock exchange, e.g., Luxemburg, Ireland, England, USA and Brazil. Private offers do not require such registration, but are intended only for qualified investors and cannot be utilized by small investors.
